LOL! 1. The proof of the CFO claiming Scott had a great plan and people who disagreed were mining ignorant is actual history on THIS BOARD!!!!! The proof is there for the finding (Hint....look back to the 4th qtr of our CFOs posts in 2013 as an example of his numerous) LOL! I can't make this stuff up.

3. Dan has not been cleared of the charges....they are still pending. Having a CFO currently being sued does not bode well for benefit of the doubt!!! LOL!

He already ran one failed company....benefit of the doubt...LOL!
