The shareholder group could have had something to do with it if there was a vote. I dont remember seeing a vote.

I know the BOD voted to bring on Dan.
And then the BOD voted to bring on Otto.
The BOD who did this was Scott and Cam.

Scott agreed to bring on both. Yet those claiming hes out have yet to give any sort of logic explaining why Scott would agree to bring them on when they are trying to remove him.

If the shareholder group had any say at all we ALL would have had a say.
Thats how shares work.

The only time there isnt a shareholder vote is when controling interest is in one persons hands.
