Reminder: Emaar also just bought, for over $1 BIL CASH, the United States' second largest homebuilder, Laing out of California. We can only hope to be brought under this same umbrella, thereby ensuring none of us here will ever have to worry about a rainy day again! I'm moving to California soon...just think, maybe I'll live in an Emaar/Laing home. Wouldn't that be sweet irony!
