Then to prove further legal wizardry our resident lawyer and COB does a deal with the CRO in charge of the biggest thing the company has ever attempted at a cost of 45 million and signs a contract with a 600K limit of liability.
It cost a million to default on a loan because of them and 4 million to investigate and reveal JB sabotaged the trial.
Then they don't pursue sabotage that could have removed the 600 K limitation.

In the meantime he and the rest of the 4 man NON independent board keep on taking checks.

I think they should add a nice fat raise or bonus to the amendment.
Performances like these deserve top notch compensation. Steve Jobs type money.
