Yeah same foundation dumping shares! I don't blame them as old Al was a cheap MFer with his family, so they want to cash out now that he is dead. Hurts the company a lot as we really now aren't in much of a position to raise capital.

This is why Matt P. really has struggled as CFO and now CEO. As CFO he should have done a secondary a long time ago. It would have given them enough cash where SNY might have not played hardball with them because they knew MNKD could go it alone.

Now he hasn't factored in the MNKD Foundation selling some of their shares which is killing the stock. I can't blame them as I would want some of my inheritance as well. Sucks to be a shareholder right now.
