Yep. In the good old days they would have been tared and feathered and run out of town. And the sad part is, there are not enough retail shareholders for a decent class action lawsuit. And at this point I seriously doubt there is any chance of a 10X rally left with the fresh dilution at these prices. The recent 10-Q was most encouraging, but to follow it up with such a huge discount for cash is insane, unless they thought it was going way lower and wanted to get the cash while they could. Maybe the cash will bolster the financials enough for rally back to 2-3 $/share but I doubt we will ever see break even on this turd.
