When you find a great company like PGUS averaging up seems to be a smart choice. I have purchased shares here in a range from .0004 to .0052. May add more in future as I think it could quickly go to multiple pennies. I last added after news of their financing package that included that convertible with a floor of $.03. That and all the buying by CEO (among many other positives) makes this a one-of-a-kind down here in OTC-land! IMHO
