That is a good estimate for fast tracking it.

But the S-1 was filed 5-19-2016 with 30 days would have been 6-19-2016 and it took the company 9 days to respond on 6-28-2016. Then it took the SEC probably 15 days to 7-13-2016 like you said but took the company an additional 30 days to respond and everything was filed 8-12-2016 and 8-15-2016. So best case scenario is approval by next week assuming another 15 days. Time will tell.

What about FINRA filings? That also takes 4-6 weeks?
