Very odd way to put things: "We have permitted and completed a number of determinations in Arizona so are familiar with the process."
First of all, a "determination" is not a permit - so why say that it that way?
Second, Cardinal Resources is not licensed to practice any professional geological or engineering in Arizona (AZBOTR), nor are they licensed to do business in Arizona with the ACC. So, how are they operating in Arizona legally? How about listing even one permit they have completed in Arizona?
Third, why go to the expense and trouble of pumping out dirty minewater, running it through an expensive cleanup unit, before using it to reprocess mine tailings. Water from a well or other source would need no such treatment and would be hugely less expensive.
Fourth, working for John Owen, a documented securities scammer, is not something a publicly traded company should be doing. Especially a delinquent, non-disclosing company like CDNL. It stinks.
