They want the rights, but taking the issuance of doe on a case by case basis monthly. This is called balls and a sling with an ever tightening grip alla chinoise.

Mr. Hargrove! Please sell the company now - I'll take between $2-5 a share - not sure we'll get more than 1.

What a complete screw-up - I think I would have preferred more silence from the company.
