Wrong on multiple accounts.This is typical for part time help, especially cold calling. Second - there are opt in lists available for calling and emails - rouglhy 1/3 of the US can be contacted. Most citizens and institutions outside the US can be contacted except Germany.

I expect a lot of interest from people who want a comfortable work environment and just have to make 100 calls a day.
