Which is why i think the real reason for the Q delay is that Vanis didn't have enough to pay anyone's fees. He then went to Post Oak to take more from the LOC, they said, "lol, no, you suck, we reserve right to deny" to which he then went to Union and they said "hahahhaa we aren't risking anymore with you"

So then Vanis can't get the Q put together, blames everyone else(this is the whole, "financials partners not cooperating" part) and Malone Bailey says, "pay us so we can do this"


Just my own theory anyway.
