Yes, Pizza was ok, nothing special really. Not bad, but nothing to go out of your way for. The franchise support was horrible. They had a call center that you would call for pizza. That was another disaster. You had to call them, they placed your order. Nothing but problems, computer issues. Employees were good and dedicated, and all got screwed out of lots of pay. They filed a lawsuit, and won. Jim / UPZS never paid them, and after like 6 years, the statute of limitations ran out and on the Quarterly one ago they had to claim the money they didn't pay as income.
They still list a call center for future franchises. They need to learn from their mistakes. No one wants to call a call center somewhere to order pizza! lol If they want pick up or delivery, they just want to call the local pizza shop and order.
