At the beginning the merger was Consultech Construction Management. Sulja was then splintered off of CCM and merged with Loftwerks. The remainder of CCM is due to merge next.

Things have changed since May. With the splinter of Sulja, a decision was made as to the contents of CCM. Consultech was handling the projects in the Middle East and they are now included in CCM.

That is the great part of the delay. More has been added signiificantly changing the complexion of the merger candidates. NEW AUDITS HAVE TO BE PERFORMED.
