I think it's important to remind ourselves that Sulja is really an arm of Consultech. So, if they are interested in Sulja, it's because they want Consultech.

I have a half-baked theory that when you're growing and buying assets as fast as EMAAR is, the one thing you need, just as much as material is talented engineers. And I seem to remember quite a few employment postings for engineers in Dubai recently.

So, the supply lines are important, but I'll bet the building talent is in short supply too.
