I can only tell you that one of the main reasons why I invested in Capstone was Kei Advisors. They do not seem like most pink sheets or over the counter IR firms. After following micro caps for over 35 years, it's refreshing to see a more conservative rational approach. I would rather be in our present situation than have some IR pump firm have Capstone over hyped and owned by short term penny stock traders who react to blast e mails or pseudo bullish messages on social media. I believe that they will do the right thing for Capstone investors.

As for the up listing from the pink sheets to the OTCQB, we are still not under the auspices of the National exchanges best bid and offer. IMO, We still may have crazy spreads.

We need to up list to the NASDAQ or AMEX for more gravitas.
Anyways, why don't you call Kei with your concerns?
