Its a rinse and repeat because these same machines were purchased twice.

They cancelled the first deal and not only did they not give any of the shares back, they dished out large blocks to Julios for the cancellation of the first contract.... So Julios got paid 3 times on the same machines, which is why he is the largest shareholder.

Talk about a major screwing. Its the CEOs side interest, so im sure he benefited big time on the back of the shareholders.
