They can't get it w/out us. That's my point. Let's assume (just making this up) that SLJB insiders are the ones who bought up the 200M float. Well, that is a shytload of shares, and the price was dirt cheap. So, in order to do that they had to ensure that the stock price would boom. How to do that? Hmmmm, hmmmm... I know, let's merge with that same smaller publicly traded company, thereby BOOMING their revenues and earnings and making this a very wealthy proposition.
And us shareholders are just part of the picture. They weren't going to find a publicly traded company without shareholders. Financial analysis points to the PPS rising dramatically in the future, regardless of us being here to share in it.
