heretic, Maybe they were part of the 'Insiders' who bought up the float? And this was their fastest, cheapest, and eaisest way to gain access to the market capital. Meaning, maybe they KNOW they have enough business to make this PPS much much higher than it is now, within the next year or two. And if they bought up the float, they'll be multi-millionnaires in short order. If I had that oppty, I'd do it too. If a bunch of shareholders became weathly right along with me... fine by me.
