The $15 opening pps AGAIN
this is a basically a reverse merger. Rufus probably should not have used the term "IPO" when referring to setting the opening pps. Following this type of reorganization, the Company and the market makers set the opening pps, which is some multiple of the book value. There are many on-line sources which confirm this process.
