As I mentioned a few days ago is that I don't think it passed or there weren't enough voting to make this legal. That's WHY shareholders need to be able to vote on matters.

So...I think em..."someone" is all PO'd and maybe took their marbles and went home. Again,I'll gladly vote for some dilution to pay off existing liens and debt,but it doesn't take TEN BILLION (6.2 BILLION NEW SHARES) to do so.
