Yeah, that must be it....lets see if this all makes sense shall we....

(1) We are a no-name start-up ("growth") company who happens to get really lucky and sign a national roll-out with a major electronics retailer.

(2) The agreement allows GZFX to place its product into up to 600 CC stores nationwide.

(3) But then we tell CC not to sell any of the product just yet, because we don't need the funds yet.....

GET REAL.....HOW stupid is that suggestion....maybe GZFX doesn't want them to be sold just yet....please! They aren't selling because no one knows who we are, and they are on the bottom shelf collecting dust in many stores.

GZFX needs some advertizing and brand recognition....if no one is going to sell the package at the stores then they will just collect dust....the average shopper isn't going to ask...hey what's that???
