"Normal High" in my opinion has a nearly 50/50 CBD/THC balance. The very high THC low CBD strains give what folks call a Buzz. If your not used to it, one toke, or one cookie can have a person jittery for hours. CBD tends to temper that buzz in my experience because it maintains the special reference people have with their bodies. Potencies are important. Content is important. 1 ounce of beer is not the same as an ounce of remy.
