They surrendered as stated by PPHM management, we will do small pre clinical and phase 1 then pray for a partner.
Why would any BP spend more then chump change and take a cheap shot.
Bavi has not delivered anything that warrants more.

We will never sink phase 3 money into Bavi again.
We do not have the skill sets or resources to complete the trial and FDA approval process.

We are a good manufacturing company with a few dollar SP up side.
That will take real cost cuts our BOD is unwilling to do.
Why would they since the first cost cuts should be to their salaries.

At this point Bavi is DOA, GO AVID.
