If Jones is smart, he will never mention Arizona again. Too easy to verify he is lying.

As for all those African "deals" - the word "mirage" comes to mind.

BTW, I took a look at that report issued by the Panamanians for the initial test of the Redbird unit. Other than the addition of chlorine, there was not much improvement. There are far cheaper ways to chlorinate water.
