I've been watching shares go off at .0023 most of the time all selling into the bid mostly anyway, so I'd say that bid @ .0021 is there for support as shares are sold and the bid will most likely vanish when they are done. I could be wrong but there has been no attempt to raise the pps and no huge ask above to hold the pps down so I'm leaning more towards liquidation rather then accumulation IMO
