It would only make sense if Cloudload thought SPOM's software was superior to theirs. They do the same thing.

Cloudloud doesn't sound like it feels that way.

This isn't a negotiation between Cloudload and SPOM. If you read the PR CAREFULLY, you'll see it's Cloudload expressing interest in possibly acquiring someone and SPOM saying, "Hey, we'll let you buy us for 10 times the current PPS".

Don't see it happening.
