This isnt these guys first pony. They have done RMs before and if I was Caie I wouldnt give them that many shares. I think some of their last RMs didnt pan out that high in pps bc they may have done the same thing. Some insiders do try to get %s shares for debt. Sometimes it comes out to be 10% maybe. Or they get like 300k shares or something like that. but 5 mil or 25% is pretty hefty.
