I was going to try that once but never did, I do stuff them now and them. I make a stuffing with bread, garlic, onion, lemon pepper, sausage pepper salt apples red and green I few other things, mix it pretty dry stuff it and stich it up. comes out real moist from the fat dripping on it as it rotates
