2Q:$2,900,000(REV)-$8,000,000(EXP)=$5,100,000(LOSS)

We suspect these numbers are close - let's see this afternoon how they compare to actuals.

For comparison sake, here are 1Q numbers:

REV - $1,548,000
EXP - 5,674,000
LOSS -$4,126,000

So even with the addition of Blum Oak and Blum LV, losses increased by roughly $1,000,000 !!

And get this - expenses increased 72% more than revenues!! (EXP = $2,326,000 to REV = $1,352,000), more than a little disappointing, to say the least.

So basically, if 2Q is a reliable indicator, expenses will increase significantly more than revenues going forward, and as competitive heats up, unit sales prices will get squeezed even more than they already are, widening this margin, so one has to wonder if TRTC will ever turn a profit.

And even if they do one day, think of the nearly 1 billion share divisor when figuring EPS - I know, laughable.

And I think we all know the situation regarding their out of control expenses, many of them fixed in price, so very little wiggle room here to bring costs down.

SUMMARY:

Not exactly what anyone had in mind when they gave away the farm for BLUM.

Not much else to say except good luck tomorrow.

SELLOFF IMMINENT
