I see it differently: PMCB is down 93.04% from 2/27/2014 (.51) I know KW was appointed on 9/17/2014 but it is now currently at an all time low, a 52 week change of -58.20%
uncertainly of funding, all the delays, FDA approval unknown at this point, and unknown results of a clinical trail, if it happens.

1) PMCB uncertain to raise cash
2) PMCB unknown if PMCB submitted a Pre Ind request
3) PMCB stock is selling very close to an all time low
4) PMCB has a poor balance sheet-no stockholders equity
5) PMCB has 1 minor fund (maybe) and no outside Pharma holding shares
6) PMCB clinical trial may be pushed into 2017
7) PMCB has 20yr old technology-
8) PMCB O/S increases 8.6% last 10k,has less assets that the last financials-

9) PMCB- taking an extremly long time to go to trials
