why didn't ceo pacchini say anything re: roche controlling RVUE in the CC?

wouldn't most OTC ceos use that bit of news to support the share price?

if pacchini was keen on retail folks holding tight, i'm sure a good portion of the call would have focused on the very wealthy guy who is taking over.
