Since early this past January, I have been identifying the overwhelming "red flags" which have clearly been present, relative to GDSI and its snake-like management team.

The events throughout the last several months - including Rontan backing away from the GDSI deal and especially the revelation yesterday of the SEC's massive fraud suit against GDSI, Sullivan, et al.- have made it abundantly clear that I have been spot-on accurate all along.

I can only hope that innocent people read what I have been writing and, as a result, avoided losing their hard-earned money.
