IS THE MIKKIN LITIGATION SETTLED NOW???
THE PR only stated one of the lawsuits was settled and caused by a "misunderstanding due to an unrelated third party."

Let me understand that after BHGI spent $$$$ on lawyers, it was all a "misunderstanding" which contradicts the statements that Aafania was shorting the stock???

Too bad the shareholders are not privy to seeing the terms of the settlement, nor how much was spent on lawyer fees, or if MORE stock was given to this person, better yet, how much of his PR stock did he sell at the higher price????
