Here's the REAL court case update declaratory relief
Binding????.Should be!!.
And it would make sense,
stopping any other monies other than the nominal award....
Not a shocker Larry Panik was a no show!!.

Why worry all happening before the jury trial....
Just setting the record straight once and for all!!.

- Mr. Laxague appeared by telephone.
Mr. Laxague advised he was only retained yesterday and requested
a continuance of the trial; he believes they are only down to one claim, a single counter claim for declaratory relief.
COURT ORDERED, if counsel wants to file a motion on OST,
it will be signed for either August 30 or September 1, 2016.

Court noted a pre-trial memo was filed several months ago.
Mr. Laxague advised he has a copy and that he will be filing a motion.
Upon Court's inquiry,
Mr. Austin concurred he will not stipulate to a continuance.

Hmmm did not stipulate, guess that cost extra....
Mr. Laxague is legal counsel for DFI....
Wait, isn't declaratory relief mean
judge determines the case????.
