Law360, New York (August 11, 2016, 4:23 PM ET) -- An Aeropostale attorney told a New York bankruptcy judge Thursday the company still has not found a lead bidder for the retailer's assets and that the company has asked its secured lenders to push back deadlines in its Chapter 11 case.
