The OTC was founded for smaller companies who were just getting started to find a market place for growth and expansion.

it seems most of the corruption today is not with the companies these days but with the share converters/shorters and toxic loan crowd.

Maybe in the past it was some of the companies who were involved in shenanigans.

Today it is the crowd playing against the companies.
