Equity investing without taking a Position? or Should we consider the divvy's merged with Encounter Tech Inc Restricted a long time ago and we are just waiting for payment? I had 16,000,000 that said PEG Inc. Where you think they merged? I gave you the answer.

PTEL does have a 100 Million SS with only 20 Million filed right now. Think we left off at $2 ? I do believe 20 + 30 X 2 = 100. But then I have heard of other possibles...
