In your opinion, there is "no excuse." My past experience tells me otherwise. When it comes to a big idea, plans do not always start out as smoothly as a person thinks. What I do know, however, is the niobium market is surging and has a great future. The current available supply of niobium in the market is negligible. As a shareholder, it's in Dan's interest for the pps to go up much higher than it is right now. If I was him, I would be working my ass off. I also wouldn't be issuing PRs unless I had something to issue.
