While they are considering how to strategically it would be nice to consider that their current SHs are being diluted at .37 per share via any ATM sales. So if they have data that would show bavi in a good light they may want to consider an attempt to move the pps. I know in the past you have implied that pps doesn't matter much and others argued it does when you are selling shares via ATM and other ways. I think that was at least 100M shares ago and now matters to a potential RS
