Not likely...why would they have bothered to go through all the trouble of a R/S only to go dark? If they were going to go dark, they would have already done so after the O/S was maxxed or they'll wait until the new O/S gets maxxed.

Right now there's too much money to be made via dilution to stop filing...if that's their intent, which I don't believe it is.
