Me either. If you were acquiring a solid list of subscribers now paying a heck of a lot more per month it would seem as though you'd have little churn. The one lower California DC could absorb Holtsville's movies. Hard to price their good will. Inventory probably about 3-5million. So what do we have? 50k subs X (?) let's use $60 each as they are already bonefede paying customers=3mm+4mm inventory=7mm+a kicker of 1mm=8mm. (Maybe they would take $2 mm and a billion shares of stock)

Worth it? Not really if you have patience and want to build that many over a year or more from fresh blood. The CC catches are costing less than $25 (IMO). But, Gamefly subs should bring in about 10mm a year gross and purchase paid for in maybe 2 years.
