These establishment people want GOVERNMENT JOBS. They need to go to the civilian world and try to be productive. If they can afters years of leaching off of working taxpayers.

Nonsense. Their years of public service pretty much guarantees they'll get lucrative jobs as lobbyists, think tank people, lawyers in private practice, or--a favorite--Wall Street whatevers. That would include "establishment people" of both parties.

You may like it or not like it, but they actually do know what they're talking about. Because they have the experience and the knowledge Trump and his base lack.
