And are headed to Terra Tech Beach for their quarterly feeding frenzy, a predictable pattern here for years.

Don't go in the water without "ammunition" (huge Short interest!!) this week and next, and, clearly - don't be a seal (Long) when 2Q "Earnings" Report is released 15Aug.

Be careful, folks.

Until Derek Peterson proves to Common Shareholders that he isn't a greedy, unethical, bottom-feeding human being, I'm the waterboy on the sidelines; ie. revise S-3 text to include Preferred B-Shares in all Reverse Splits.
