Don't think so. QLTS reminds of the business meeting I had when the other party, after spending an hour discussing a multi-year lease on a large commercial building and all the wonderful things he was going to do using a plasma process to extract gold from ore - paid for the lunch with his EBT card. QLTS does not have a 2 bucks for a cup of coffee.
