Merger? Lol. Y'all acquired an insolvent pos company now in bankruptcy. So this wonderful "reverse merger" play turned out to be complete bullshit.

And y'all gave away the shell for a bankrupt entity with less than 50K in assets and liabilities of over 5 million.
