1) PPHMP preferred or any future preferred offering
2) The shelf ...about 150 Million shares left?
3) BOD exec stock options and all employee stock options
4) Royalties to UT Board of Regents
....or there must be some clause written in order to make sure there is nothing we are leaving out....possibly sealed documents that we are not made aware of possibly...

I don't think a RS would happen ...but any shareholder does not want to be reduced in even voting power, because there will come a day we will be voting and finally see the puzzle that the late Dr Thorpe discovered.
