Maybe some but Americans don't own gold and cops are not interested in going door to door to confiscate anything. I know a few and believe me they want to go home to their families at the end of the day.
Everything cycles and the American economy will have to reset itself along with the others as the reserve currency changes. Americans will go back to work under a new non debt based economy
Only 1 person was arrested the last time the US government ordered its citizens to turn in their gold. Back then the people of America were different and they would do anything for God and Country...today it's a much different story
