From what I'm reading the R/S meeting is Aug 16th which is coming up here and they want a 325:1 which would take the 600 mil down to just a little over 2 million shares. Not sure how I feel about that extreme of a stock split as the price would go from pennies to over 9 dollars a share. It's a very big risk but with our CEO's background hopefully he feels confident he can accommodate that type of move here with the stage that their at. Insiders own about 33% right now and that would still leave the market cap under 20 mil so who knows.
