I really don't think that has anything to do with financials being audited by a 3rd party.

It's more inline with having an internal audit committee that checks and audits all aspects of the day to day business.

Anyone that has any background and experience with ISO surely realizes what this means.

Eighty percent of the population is ignorant and the other
twenty percent live off of them.
